Refund policy

We want you flexing happily with your new Training Day gear, but sometimes things don’t go as planned. Here’s what you need to know if you need to send something back:

1. Return Window:
You’ve got 7 days from the day your order lands on your doorstep to initiate a return. Don’t wait too long!

2. Condition Requirements:
Your item must be in the same condition it arrived: clean, undamaged, and ready to impress the next owner.

3. Proof of Purchase:
Please include the original receipt that came with your delivery and note the reason for your return. Lost your receipt? No worries—drop us an email at shop@trainingdayhc.com.au and we’ll sort it out. We’re here to help!

4. Return Shipping:
You’ll need to cover the cost of shipping your return back to us. Package it securely and send it on its way.

5. Refund Method & Timing:
We’ll refund your original payment method once we’ve received and inspected your return. No direct exchanges, but feel free to place a new order for the item you really want! Refunds can take up to 28 days to appear in your account—so stay patient and keep hitting those PRs in the meantime.
